In my lifetime, I think I've met about two people who knew about this character before I did, one of whom is :iconurbie89:, who's done some awesome fanart of him as well.

For the uninformed (and unfortunate), this adorable guy is the title character from What-A-Mess, one of my favorite cartoons ever, a scruffy afghan hound who's pride and childish enthusiasm always got him in trouble and caused, well, a mess!

I've wanted to draw him for years, and I feel that this "unpolished" style really suits him.

Not really a afganhound person, but What-A-Mess is a adorable character. I barely know anything about him. The only time I've watched this show well the U.S Dic version. Was some episodes on a DVD. When I was twelve in 2009 and I don't really remember any of the episodes haven't watched the entire series. I've forgotten about this character until 2017. Howed I'd remembered while Watching The Rise and Fall of Dic from The SC media group channel on YouTube. It hit me hard. The creator Frank Muir deserves a Google Doodle for his dedication of creating him and the children's books.Possible got cancelled, because of Frank's death in 1998 or how underrated this was.
